Wellness Workshop

In this 6 week course you will come to better understand yourself and to become a better version of yourself. This series of workshops is designed to help individuals identify their strengths, qualities and what makes them unique. To Believe, Become and Be.


Agenda

Week 1 What is Anxiety? How Anxiety Affects the Mind, Body & Spirit

Week 2 Breathing Techniques

Week 3 Meditation

Week 4 Challenging Negative / Intrusive / Automatic Thoughts

Week 5 Mindfulness

Week 6 Coping Strategies & Future Proofing


Workshop Format

  • Interactive Learning, Empowerment & Interaction, 10am11am

  • A meditation concludes each session, 11am11.30am


At the end of the 6 weekly sessions – the group will then decide what they'd like to explore next – self-worth, self-esteem, healing from a toxic relationship, stop self-sabotage are suggestions. Other suggestions include energy medicine – chakras & reiki, crystal healing...


Sessions are hosted by, me, Bridget Ginty with a background of 28 years in the NHS, first as a General Nurse then as a Mental Health Nurse. After taking early retirement and a chunk of my pension, I up-skilled and started my own business where I provide Counselling/Talking Treatments & Spiritual Life Coaching as well as Holistic Health & Healing.
