• Duration - 30 - 45 minutes (please allow enough time, especially for your first appointment, where a thorough assessment will be carried out for your safety and dignity).

• Frequency – this is your choice but I recommend at least fortnightly initially.

• I do not perform full body massages on males.

• ​Men and women are welcome for back, arm, shoulder and neck massage.
   

Women only are welcome for:

• Full body massage – including full leg and only after a telephone or Zoom conversation.

• I hate having to put this caveat in. I hope you can understand I need to protect my safety and dignity as well as yours.

 

REFLEXOLOGY

• Duration - 30 - 40 minutes for each foot. Total time - 1 hr to 1 hr 20 minutes (please allow plenty of time, especially on your first visit, when a thorough assessment will be carried out).
