Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of services offered by Bridget Ginty - Believe, become, Be (“we,” “us,” “coach”) to you (“Client”). By booking, paying for, or participating in any service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Services include but are not limited to Spiritual Life Coaching, Talking Treatment/Therapy, TarotCard Readings, Holistic treatments (Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy, Crystal Healing, Cupping), and Spiritual Awareness Groups/Sessions, whether delivered in person or online.

2. Scope of Services

  • We provide guidance, support, introspective exploration, energy-focused work, and personal growth facilitation. 

  • These services are not a substitute for recommended professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, or legal advice or treatment. Coaching and readings are intended for personal development only. 

  • The specific nature, format, and duration of the service you book will be addressed at or before booking.
     

3. Client Eligibility

  • You confirm you are 18 years or older or have guardian consent if younger.

  • You agree that coaching/readings are suitable for you. If you are in crisis, have serious mental health concerns, or require medical treatment, please seek appropriate support or call 111.
     

4. Booking, Fees & Payment

  • Service fees are published on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. 

  • Schedule a Session - we offer a free 30-minute discovery phone or Zoom call for you to see how we work. If you would like to continue with the session full payment for the remainder of the 1 hour session is required at the end of your session by cash or bank transfer.

  • New Clients - Bookings can be made via the website where online payment can also be taken. If booing is made via email, full payment is required at the end of your session by cash or bank transfer.

  • Returning Clients – It is desirable that a deposit of £20.00 to be made at time of booking your appointment. This is non refundable. Should you cancel your session less than 24 hours before your appointment you are required to pay for the full hour.

  • Preferred Payment method for holistic services via Bank Transfer. Account name:  Mrs Bridget Ginty. Sort code:  089249. Account Number: 15123053. For Spiritual Awareness Groups, card payments electronically via Sum-Up or cash payments are accepted

  • Fees are typically non-refundable once the service begins, except at our discretion.
     

5. Spiritual Awareness Groups

  • Spiritual Awareness Groups run in blocks of 6 weeks. When joining you are required to pay in full for the 6 week block for beginners and advanced sessions.

  • Any missed sessions can be made up in the same week. Alternative provision can be made by supplying you with a PDF of the slides/topic covered in the missed session.

  • If you join the group mid-way through a 6 week block, you are required to pay in full the remainder of the block sessions.

  • In special circumstances weekly payment for sessions can be organised by prior arrangement.

  • Refunds cannot be issued for missed sessions.

  • If a session is cancelled due to weather, illness or venue issues, alternative provision will be made.

  • Members must notify us if they cannot make a session at the easiest opportunity so as not to delay session start times for other members.

  • Spiritual Awareness Groups are NOT closed groups. The groups are open to everyone looking to start or continue their spiritual journey. What is said in the room is treated as strictly confidential.

  • Please note, you may be encouraged to look at how spirit communicates with us, which may give rise to sensitive issues surfacing. We recognise this and will address this appropriately.

  • Shadow work is available on a 121 basis please ask for more information.

  • No photography, audio recording, video recording, or other media capture is permitted during group activities without the prior explicit permission of the facilitator and participants involved.

  • If you would like to raise any issues or concerns about other members or leaders of the group, please do so with the group leader.
     

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation Policy - Coaching, Talking Therapy Sessions & Tarot Card Readings - If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel within 1 hour of your appointment time, you will still be charged for your full booking.

  • For all other services clients must provide at least 24 hours notice (or as specified at time of booking) to cancel or reschedule.

  • If you fail to attend or cancel within the notice period, you may be charged the full fee. 

  • For workshops or group programs, cancellation terms may vary; details will be provided at time of registration.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to engage in sessions honestly and openly, and communicate any concerns directly.

  • You acknowledge that outcomes vary and no guarantees of specific results are made. 

  • You are responsible for decisions and actions taken after sessions.
     

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Personal information shared during sessions will be treated as confidential and will not be shared outside this business without your written consent, unless required by law.

  • Sessions conducted online (Zoom, etc.) carry inherent privacy limits; you agree to use secure environments for those sessions.

  • As part of the Spiritual Awareness Groups you will be invited to join a What’s App group with other members to share ideas and group content. You are free to leave the What’s App group at any time.
     

9. Limitations & Disclaimers

  • Coaching, therapy, support and tarot are for personal and spiritual development, not medical or psychological treatment. 

  • We do not guarantee results; progress depends on client’s engagement and effort.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of services.
     

10. Intellectual Property

  • Materials provided (handouts, guides, exercises, workbooks, recordings) are for your personal use only and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.
     

11. Termination of Services

  • Either party may end services at any time.

  • If you have paid in advance for multiple sessions, refunds for unused sessions may be issued at our discretion.
     

12. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
     

13. Law & Dispute Resolution

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales.

  • Any dispute will be addressed first through informal discussion; if unresolved, it may be escalated to the appropriate legal route in local courts.
     

14. Acceptance

  • By booking or participating in any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
