You ever feel like you’re not alone… even when you’re totally alone?

Like someone’s watching over you, but not in a creepy horror movie way more like “I got you, babe” energy? Yeah, same. Let’s talk about it. Because we need to normalise the fact that not all invisible presences are ghosts or bad vibes. Some of them are your biggest fans. Your divine cheerleaders. Your cosmic assistants. Let’s unpack who’s who: spirit guides, angels, and yes… even aliens.

What Are Spirit Guides?

Let’s start here your spirit guides are usually non-physical beings that chose to support you before you incarnated. Some are ancestors. Some are old soul friends. And some are beings you’ve never “met” but have always known on a soul level.

They’re not here to force you to do anything. They’re gentle nudgers. They speak through nudges, feelings, songs on the radio, repeating numbers (yes, 11:11 again), dreams, and the “random” person who drops wisdom on you out of nowhere. Spirit guides are like: “You’re on the right path, boo. Just keep going. And maybe skip that third coffee today.”

Understanding Angels: Not Just Wings and Harps

First of all, angels aren’t always human-shaped with robes and halos.

Some show up as glowing light. Some don’t even have forms just frequency.

There are guardian angels, archangels, healing angels, warrior angels, and personal ones who know exactly what you’ve been through.

They’re connected to Divine Source and here to protect, guide, and elevate you. When I feel unsafe or overwhelmed, I literally say out loud: “Spirit, please, surround me in white light. Protect me.” And I feel the energy shift. They don’t need permission to love you but they do respect free will. So call them in.

Aliens? Let’s Get Real About ETs

Yes, I’m going there. If you’re imagining little green men, update your download. Advanced extraterrestrial beings are HIGHLY evolved souls many operating on frequencies that are all about healing, knowledge, and awakening humanity. Some of these beings are Pleiadians, Arcturians, Lyrans, Sirians… (and no, I didn’t make these names up, look them up later when you’re ready to spiral down the rabbit hole). These inter-dimensional beings have visited Earth for thousands of years, just not always in the ways the movies portray.

Aliens aren’t scary. You might even be a starseed yourself.

Do They All Work Together? (Yes, They Do)

Think of it like this, your spirit team is a collaborative project.

Angels, spirit guides, alien mentors… they all work from different “departments,” but they’re on the same mission: your expansion. One might be helping your physical healing.

Another might be helping you dream vividly so you remember your soul mission. Another could be helping you avoid texting your ex again. Together, they make up a multidimensional dream team.

How to Tell Who’s Helping You

Not all beings feel the same.

Spirit guides feel familiar. Like someone who knows your sense of humour.
They’ll make you laugh and guide you with subtlety.
Angels feel pure, radiant, soft but powerful.
Their presence often brings peace or sudden comfort.
ETs or star beings feel intellectual, futuristic, curious.
When they’re around, you may get downloads of new information or insights that seem too advanced for you to just “think up.”

Signs They’re Around You

You’re not imagining it.

Seeing flashes of light or colours
Feeling a presence in the room
Random song lyrics speaking directly to your soul
Feeling chills or warmth when thinking of someone who passed
Constant synchronicities (3:33, feathers, birds, dreams)

Even your pet staring at something invisible might be catching a glimpse of your angel crew.

What They Want You to Know

They’re not here to fix your life for you.

They’re here to remind you: You’re powerful enough to do it yourself.

They’ll say:

“You’re never alone.”

“You’re more than a body.”

“You chose this life for a reason. Now live it with courage.”

Can You Call on Them? Absolutely.

You don’t need a crystal, a full moon, or a 3-hour ritual.

Just say: “Spirit guides, I welcome your wisdom.” “Angels, surround me in divine light.” “Galactic family, if you’re here for my highest good, I am open to receive.”

Say it with love. Say it with intention. And trust the silence that follows.

My Personal Story: That Time I Was Contacted

One night, I was meditating and I felt this vibration in my body. Not fear, not anxiety, just pure hum. Like I was a tuning fork. I opened my eyes, and I saw a light flash by.
